Muthuvel Lifestyle is a design-led manufacturer specializing in children’s apparel across knitted and muslin fabrics.

Headquartered in Tiruppur — the textile capital of India — we combine a design studio with a dedicated 7,000 sq.ft. cut-to-pack facility for Indian and international buyers, wholesalers, retail chains, stores, and boutique retailers.

The vision is to bridge the gap between a creative concept and a commercial shipment, as a design-to-delivery partner.

We design. We develop. We manufacture. We deliver. The studio creates original children’s styles and collections in-house — silhouette, colour, fabric, and garment detail — and also develops custom styles from a mood board, sketch, reference sample, or buyer brief. Pattern-making, grading, and proto samples follow. Fabric sourcing, specialized textile processing, garment making, and finishing stay on one coordinated path. Knitting, dyeing, compacting, printing, and embroidery are carried out with selected Tiruppur partners.

For the buyer

How the house works

People

National labour laws, fair wages, reasonable hours, and a clean, safe workplace. Child labour and forced labour are prohibited.

Materials

Yarns and fabrics from trusted suppliers. Internal processes are set up to reduce fabric waste and to use water and energy carefully.

Product safety

Materials chosen for children’s apparel, including applicable chemical expectations such as REACH, relevant colour-fastness, and certifications the customer or supply chain specifies.

Transparency

Pre-production visits and client-organized third-party QC are welcome. Customer testing, inspection, and certification can be built into the supply process.
